You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
You may also return an item for exchange, where you have ordered the wrong item or size, however the the customer is responsible for all post and shipping costs invloved. Please remeber, the item must be with original packaging and in a new and un-used condition.

We ship with Australia Post for most orders. Large orders may be shipped by courier.
Postage and shipping times vary, but are usually 3-5 Business Days. Due to COVID Resrtrictions, shipping times are becoming longer than usual.
At this time, the Australia Post fee for shipping a small parcel under 500 grams is AUD$9.10, not including packing materials etc. We understand this is high compared to some products value, therefore we suggest combining an order with items for friends and colleagues who might want caddies as well.
Where the return is our fault, we will cover the cost of shipping involved in returing or replacing the item.
Where the return is not our fault, the customer is responsible for the full costs of the return shipping and shipping of the replacement.
We strongly suggest that customers use a return service with tracking.
With regular post, items will be left at your address when you are not home. All risk for items sent via post is the responsiblility of the customer. To reduce the risk, you may opt for Registed Post with tracking and signature on delivery. Using this service, all deliveries will be taken to the nearest post office if no-one is available to sign for them, and you can collect it from there.
