Regular service postage within Australia for Slimline AA, AAA, CR123 and 9V battery caddies and all displayed Pelican Products is $6.60.   This postage is subsidised for original orders.    Please the returns section

Registered post is available for an additional fee of $3.00.

Express and Platinum Post services are also available at additional cost.

Orders sent by regular mail are the responsibility of the buyer and Premier Defence Agencies Pty Ltd, T/as Safecell Battery Storage Systems accepts no responsibility for lost or missing goods.  

Whilst Australia Post has proven reliable and trustworthy, we do recommend the use of the Registered Post service.

Security

When purchasing from Safecell Battery Storage Systems your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.

128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.

Returns & Replacements

We do accept returns where you have chosen the wrong product, but do not accept returns where you have changed your mind.

The buyer is responsible for all actual postage costs, to and from the buyer, where the return is a decision of the buyer.

Where a return is a warranty claim or a fault of Safecell Battery Storage Systems, we will accept COD postage fees or refund the amount of postage to the customer.

Return of items: Should you wish to return an item, please contact Safecell before doing so.

 All returns must be in original and un-damaged packaging and show no signs of use or wear.

Warranty

Powerpax™ Battery Caddies are warranted to be free of manufacturing and material defects for a period of twelve (12) months from sale.  

Where a product is found to have manufacturing or material defects, we will replace it free of charge.  

We will not replace products that show signs of damage from misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear.    

If you feel you have a warranty claim or are unsure, please get in contact with us.

Pelican products come with a lifetime guarantee.      Conditions do apply and vary between products.

All warranty claims on Pelican products purchased from the Safecell website must be made via Safecell.   

We do not handle Pelican warranty for items not purchased from Safecell.
